Common seller questions
These are the basics most sellers want to know before starting a submission.
How do I start?
Create an account, upload 1 to 5 photos of your collection, complete the required submission details, and we will prepare a preliminary offer.
What happens after I upload photos?
GamerCloset reads the submitted photos, attempts a conservative valuation, and shows either an offer, a clear no-buyable outcome, or a review/confirmation step when needed.
When do I enter shipping and payout details?
You save those details after accepting the offer and before the shipping handoff stage.
What happens after I ship?
Your handoff page moves through shipment, delivery, inspection, and payout stages so you know what happens next.
What if the final review changes the offer?
If the received shipment materially differs from the accepted offer, GamerCloset may issue an updated offer before payout is completed.
Do I have to approve an updated offer?
A lower updated offer requires seller approval before payout is completed. If the original accepted offer still applies, payout can continue through the normal handoff.
