Payout Preconditions
Payout is only issued after:
- the offer is accepted
- payout details are completed
- the shipment is received
- items are verified
- any discrepancy or revised-offer issue is resolved if needed
Revised Offer Rule
Seller approval is required only when the payout decreases materially after inspection.
If GamerCloset determines the shipment supports the original accepted payout, or chooses to honor it despite new information, payment may proceed without additional seller approval.
Payment Delays
Payout may be delayed for:
- missing payout details
- payout processor issues
- shipment discrepancy review
- fraud or compliance review
Failed Payments
If a payout fails because of incorrect user-supplied payout details, payout may be delayed until corrected.
Payment Methods
Available methods may include:
- PayPal
- Venmo
- check
- donation
- other methods as made available by GamerCloset
Donation
Donation submissions receive no payout. If donation is selected and the shipment is processed as donated, the items become the property of GamerCloset or its designated charitable flow under the platform's then-current process.
