Policy

Shipping Policy

This policy explains when labels are issued, how shipments should be packaged, and how shipment mismatches and returns are handled.

Label Issuance

Shipping labels are issued only after:

  • the offer is accepted
  • required checkout fields are completed
  • shipping and payout details are on file

Packaging Requirements

The seller must package items securely. GamerCloset may provide packing guidance, but the seller remains responsible for ensuring the package is safe for transit.

Shipment Identification

The carrier tracking number may serve as the operational shipment ID.

Missing or Extra Items

If the shipment contents do not match the accepted submission:

  • GamerCloset may revise the offer
  • extra unsubmitted items may be excluded or separately addressed under platform policy

Return Shipping

If the seller rejects a revised lower offer and requests return:

  • the seller pays return shipping
  • GamerCloset may require shipping payment before return

Delivery and Processing Timing

Carrier delivery does not mean immediate payout. Processing and verification may take additional time.

Seller Responsibility Before Receipt

Until GamerCloset receives and records the package, the seller remains responsible for:

  • secure packaging
  • proper label use
  • shipment dropoff or carrier handoff
  • ensuring the contents match the accepted submission
